In terms of production equipment, the corporation  has independently constructed an advanced 126m-long high-speed ceramic tunnel kiln (equivalent to the production of 4 shuttle kilns with a capacity of 120 cubic meters each), fully automatic steam curing equipment (reducing curing time to 48 hours with rubber installation), fully automatic iron remover, fully automatic stacking robot, fully automatic clay cutting machine, automatic billet finishing machine, and pioneered an automatic mud recycling and recovery system, among other production and testing equipment. The corporation  has three sets of intelligent digital insulator testing systems and an insulator testing data file management system, ensuring advanced performance. The production equipment is capable of ensuring product quality.
