After-Sales Service Commitments:

1. Our corporation  will strictly adhere to buyer requirements, ensuring quality, quantity, and timely delivery of all products.

2. Products delivered to the contract-specified location will be in good condition, both the product and packaging. In case of damage, with records and evidence, our corporation  will compensate for the damaged parts in full.

3. We promise that all the equipment supplied will be brand new, durable, and meet all the requirements that can be met as a complete product. We guarantee that the equipment operates under the specified operating conditions, is installed and maintained according to the user manual, and has an expected lifespan of no less than 40 years.

4. We promise to provide a "three guarantees" quality assurance of no less than three years for the entire set of equipment upon arrival. If any product damage occurs afterwards, we will promptly provide repair parts for this group of devices and provide them at the latest bidding price.

5. We promise to ensure that all processes, material tests, etc. (including purchased parts from the supplier) during the manufacturing process comply with the provisions of this standard. If the user designates us to provide a certain externally purchased component based on operating experience, we actively cooperate and have spare parts available at our service outlets in various regions. In order to ensure the normal use of the product, all bidding products have sufficient spare parts, and the spare parts warehouse provides no less than 3% of the total number of bidding products.

6. Our company strictly produces and inspects products according to national standards before leaving the factory. If any quality problems are found, our company has the obligation to provide technical services and support for product failures (our company can respond within 10 minutes, arrive at the construction site within 1-6 hours, and inspect the problem in the shortest possible time). After the problem is solved, our engineering personnel will stay at the construction site to monitor the operation of the product, Record and handle abnormal situations until the product can operate normally.

7. According to national standards, after the product leaves the factory, due to our quality and other reasons, we will provide free services.

8. Our company will provide 7x24 hour telephone consultation and written consultation services.

9. We promise to respond quickly and provide comprehensive solutions and required spare parts within 6 hours in case of emergency relief, equipment failure or defect, and to dispatch sufficient technical personnel to the site to assist customers and solve problems.

10. Equipment maintenance, material replacement, and troubleshooting services with discounted prices; Our company is responsible for ensuring timely technical and product support for the spare parts required during the operation period.
